Qualifying Criteria

Below are the prescribed qualifying criteria for consideration in the adjudication of prospective candidates/entrepreneurs:

1. From age 21 and above

2. South African citizen

3. Declaration on criminal record status (no applicants with charges or record on financial crimes will be considered) 

4. Business domiciles in the province of KwaZulu-Natal

5. Average Trading Time/Tenure - 36 Months

6. Average Turnover (Not EBITDA) of R25 000 and above

7. Declaration of equity holding structure (only propositions that includes all shareholder's vested interest in the program will be considered) 

8. Standard Processes in Place for accountability - Accounting and Operations

9. Good/working model for growth potential - Understanding of the market insights and opportunities therein.

10. Sound ethical and moral conducts in business and personal - motivation/recommendations from vested partners will be required to affirm this.
