KZN Oils Enterprise Development Program is a first of its kind within the Rajen Reddy Group of companies that is dedicated to the growth and success of small to medium businesses. Our organization was established in response to the B-BBEE regulations, which require companies to promote economic transformation by supporting and developing emerging enterprises. Our main goal is to provide business support and resources to help entrepreneurs and small business owners thrive and contribute to the economic development of our community. We offer a range of programs and services, including mentorship, training, and access to funding opportunities. Our team of experienced professionals and industry experts work closely with each participant to identify their specific needs and develop a tailored plan for their business growth.

KZN Oils Enterprise Development Program will take its first cohort of entrepreneur in the year 2024 and will facilitate a working incubator program that will foster knowledge exchange, market access and financial information that will enable expedited financial and resource development of the entrepreneurs. The program was established in response to the B-BBEE regulations that require companies to actively contribute to the development of previously disadvantaged enterprises. Since its inception, KZN Oils has been dedicated to promoting economic growth and sustainability by providing training, mentorship, and funding opportunities to emerging businesses. Over the years, we have successfully helped numerous enterprises grow and thrive, making a significant impact on the local economy.
